About the project
Sun Visas is an established South African visa consultancy with an existing loyal client base, but no digital presence. Their market is South Africans that are travelling for work, leisure, or relocation, and up until recently the business had been running entirely on word of mouth.
Client needs
The brief was to build a brand and digital presence from the ground up that matched the credibility of the business behind it. It needed to feel trustworthy and professional without being cold, and approachable enough to reassure clients through what is often a stressful process.
