FlexPass

Spearheaded app development for FlexPass, a fitness app in Cape Town. The application is an end-to-end product project where I defined the product vision, user journeys, information architecture, interaction patterns, visual language, and design system across the entire experience — from onboarding and setting up workout preferences, booking flows, payments, referral, and membership progression.
